Q: How do I place an order?
A: Browse our collections, choose your favorite steel sign or wall art, customize it (if applicable), and add it to your cart. Follow the checkout steps, and we’ll take care of the rest!
Q: Can I request a custom design?
A: Absolutely! We specialize in custom pieces. Visit our Custom Orders page or contact us at support@steelcanvasco.com with your design idea, and we’ll create a unique piece just for you.
2. Production & Shipping
Q: How long does it take to make my sign?
A: Each piece is made to order. Our typical production time is 5–10 business days before shipping.
Q: What are your shipping options?
A: We offer standard and expedited shipping options at checkout. Shipping times vary by location but generally take 3–7 business days after production.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Not yet — but we’re working on it! For now, we ship within the U.S. only.
3. Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations
Q: Can I return or exchange my order?
A: Because each piece is custom-made to order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once your order has been placed.
Q: What if my item arrives damaged?
A: While rare, damage can happen during shipping. If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please email us at support@steelcanvasco.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue, and we’ll replace it at no cost to you.

Q: What material are your signs made of?
A: Our signs are made from premium die-cut steel and finished with a durable powder coating designed to withstand indoor and outdoor conditions.
Q: Can these signs be used outdoors?
A: Yes! Our powder-coated finish protects against weather, but for maximum longevity, we recommend installing them in covered outdoor spaces when possible.
Q: How do I hang my sign?
A: Most signs come with pre-drilled mounting holes for easy installation. We recommend using appropriate hardware for your wall type.
