At SteelCanvas Co., each piece is custom-made to order and crafted with precision. Because of the personalized nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.


Damaged or Defective Items

We take quality seriously and carefully inspect every item before it ships. However, if your order arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at flyingpiglandingky@gmail.com

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the damage or defect

  • A photo of the packaging, if damaged

We’ll review your claim and, if approved, will replace the item at no cost to you.


Order Accuracy

Because each item is custom-cut, we are not responsible for errors in submitted personalization details. Please double-check all names, dates, and specifications before submitting your order.
